This work shares a contemplative journey with an imaginary friend, a spiritual being that is a soulmate. The author wrestles with issues in his spiritual life: how to love, how to integrate one's body, how to face failure and how to finish what we are given to do upon this earth. Often it is a crisis that brings us to awareness of the answers to these questions and the doing that would fulfill them. While writing this, the author is informed about the impending death of his brother. And this work, completed after his death, proves to the spiritual dynamic that releases his brothers and the author's creativity into the world.
