Alva's World - Season 1

Mum explains to Alva that sharing personal information to strangers online is unsafe. Alva and the oolies will need to be clever to foil the trolls attempts to disrupt things Gizmo after they dupe the Mayor into sharing his key to the Gizmotron. // Alva's tablet has a virus. In Gizmo Mo and the Blobbo's are also displaying strange symptoms. It turns out they've been infected by Troll dust, looks like a job for the Oolie Helper to help Alva to clean up the troll dust.

At home Dad reminds Alva to take some time out from online games and enjoy the real world. In Gizmo, Alva must remind the Oolies of the same thing before it's too late and they miss the annual Gizbow that the trolls have distracted them from. // Whilst searching online Dad warns Alva to be careful with her private information. In Gizmo, the Trolls have stolen the Oolies' identities by tricking them into a bodyswap. Alva will need to use all her Oolie knowledge to call out the real Oolies!

The Trolls are sick, which causes them to be exhaustingly sweet and energetic. Alva must find the cure before they completely tire out the Oolies. // Someone is being mean on Alva's chat group. In Gizmo, a masked meanie is being mean to everyone. But seeing how sad it makes everyone makes her realise that it's not okay to hide behind a mask and the Oolies learn to block out the mean comments.

Alva is part of a contact tracing app set up by her school. In Gizmo she helps the Oolie Helper to track and trace the Sneezles to stop the spread and find a cure! // Alva heads to Gizmo in search of inspiration for her password and the Spring-a-Ding event sounds like just what she needs. But only if Mayor Garth can manage to keep from blurting out the festival password before it's time!

Is Alva's Dad inadvertently spreading fake news? Meanwhile in Gizmo there is a new town crier but is she spreading reliable information or fake news? Alva must help the Oolies determine the most reliable source of news. // Notifications on her tablet are distracting Alva from her homework. In Gizmo, Mayor Garth has a huge problem! But he keeps getting interrupted by Troll distractions before he can tell Alva what the problem is and get help fixing it.

In Gizmo the mayor is searching for berries for Ooliefest. Alva arrives as he asks a Know-It for advice. The trolls pretend to be a Know-It too and wrongly advise the Mayor so he'll miss Ooliefest. // Alva learns the importance of saving her work when she loses a digital drawing she's been working on. In Gizmo, Oolie Bean is working on a Blobbo symphony but will he be able to recall it or will the trolls scupper his memory?

Dad cautions Alva about uploading photos online as they could be used for other purpose.

In Gizmo, Mayor Garth has a new official portrait done by the best artist in town but isn't happy with it or how his image is being used. // Alva wants to post a photo for her secret den online but Dad warns her that other people may find it if she does. In Gizmo, Mayor Garth's Day off is spoiled when the trolls keeping finding where he is!

Alva is keen to shop on-line by herself, but she has to wait until Mum is ready to shop with her. Mum explains that it's so easy to get lost on the internet, just like in Mayor Garth's new maze in Gizmo, especially after a mischievous troll has messed with it. // At home, the family photo only gets two likes. In Gizmo, Oolie Bean is also caught up in trying to get likes for his flower patch so that he knows that others like it. The Trolls make him feel worse when they start getting more likes than him but Alva helps him see that once he likes it, that is most important.

Just because someone claims to be someone on-line, doesn't always mean they really are. It's the same in Gizmo when Oolie Pom's favourite pop star 'Snee-Zee' appears in three places at once. Alva and the Oolie's need to figure out who is the REAL Snee-Zee and unmask some imposter trolls. // Alva learns that when you post media online, if you do not strip meata data, it gives away information like your location. In Gizmo, the Trolls are not allowed go to the Flungi-ning because of their past misdeeds. Will they find the Oolies and make it to the Flungi-ning?
