When the Great Voltar and Dr. Frogg wind up at the city dump after taking a ride in the Lair's emergency escape pod, the two super villains assume they've accidentally destroyed the entire planet! Amidst the garbage and junk, they set out to rebuild the world in their image while Red, Doomageddon and the Henchbots scour the city for their missing (and slightly delusional) teammates. // Voltar gets his evil little hands on a pair of discarded platform boots. The extra inches! The pooooower! But Frogg can't help but notice something strange about the boots... they're girls boots, they grant Voltar super powers, and seem to compulsively fight evil wherever it's afoot! With Voltar unable to take his new boots off, will the League be able to stop him from unwillingly defeating every other super villain in Metrotown?

It's time for the annual Super Villain Appreciation Parade! And this year, Voltar has his sights set on having his League of Super Evil float lead the parade. A herculean task considering that the mighty SKULLOSSUS already has lead float privileges... // In a misguided attempt to spread justice across the city, L.O.S.E.'s arch-nemesis Justice Gene "borrows" the Evil Belt of Multiplicity from the Halls of Glory's hall of confiscated villain loot. And before you can say "Just Us Genes" Gene makes hundreds of duplicates of himself! With the city overrun by nit-picking, silly rule-enforcing Genes, the Legion of Glory turns to L.O.S.E to stop their arch-nemesis(es) tyrannical reign of good.

Voltar's done it! He's finally managed to claim Skullossus' space station as his own by having L.O.S.E. pose as exterminators. With Skullossus staying at the Metrotown plaza hotel while his station is "fumigated" for "space bugs," Voltar hopes to use the station's mighty mightyness to... pester his neighbour, Steve! // In an attempt to get rid of LAIR clutter, Voltar decides to start selling Frogg's useless inventions. After watching a commercial for Rotten Core's latest useless villain gadget, he decides that the best way to do it is with infomercials! But Evil Stevens doesn't take kindly to VoltarCo muscling in on his territory. And so, the battle-of-questionably-safe-villain-gadgets to end all battles-of-questionably-safe-villain-gadgets begins!

But Mama Menace's sweet doting on her son has Voltar feeling a tad jealous. So the mighty leader of the League of Super Evil hatches his most devious scheme ever: make himself sick so Mama Menace can take care of him! // Voltar thinks he's found a limitless supply of free change for the arcades when he discovers that people toss their unwanted coins into the Mall's wishing well. Unfortunately it triggers a horrible wave of bad luck! The only way to end the bad luck streak? Track down every single ill-gotten and ill-spent penny and return them to the wishing well.

Voltar has suffered a humiliating defeat at the hands of Dr. Boddlington Von Pantaloon III! To make matters worse, VonPantaloon rubs it in, telling Voltar the only time he'll ever win is "in your dreams!" Voltar takes the taunt a little too literally and gets Frogg to build him a machine to travel into Von Pantaloon's dreams and exact sweet revenge. But L.O.S.E. gets lost along the way, stumbling into multiple Metrotownians' dreams (Skullossus, General Sergeant, the Cougar, and Doomageddon oh my)! // Voltar embarks on a quest to make the Lair of Super Evil (and the League itself) as dirty as possible! From littering to forgoing bathing, Voltar, Doom and Frogg have a grand old time...while Red is uncomfortably forced to bite his tongue. "So...dirty..." But the good times come to a screeching halt when the neighbourhood calls in the Suzy Scouts to clean up L.O.S.E.'s act. Will Red join forces with the enemy? More importantly will he have to wear the uniform?

Voltar's evil genius will be put to the test when he must escape the most horrorfying prison ever built in the history of all things evil! A place of terror, a place of horror, a place of nap time, macaroni paintings and sing-alongs! He must escape from... a super kiddie daycare? It turns out that Voltar is just the right height to be confused for a super toddler. Can L.O.S.E. break him out before he winds up being put in time out forever? // Voltar is outraged when he discovers the neighbourhood children playing with Force Fighter V action figures. After all where are the official League of Super Evil action figures (more importantly the Voltar one?!) So Voltar commissions Frogg to build some for him. But Frogg's "L.O.S.E.-erines" soon turn on their creators and take over the Lair.

8. Gameageddon // Chez Voltar

It's a rainy day at L.O.S.E HQ and the members of the League of Super Evil are BOOOOOOORED and looking for some something (ANYTHING) to do. Suddenly Red has a brilliant idea! He pops out his favourite childhood board game "Puppies in a basket," an insipid board game that involves spinning a wheel, moving a basket token along squares on a board, and collecting puppies. But when Voltar accidentally ends up in the lead, Red snaps and goes on a Hulk-esque rampage across the Lair! L.O.S.E.'s only hope to reign in Red is to force him to finish the game... and win! // Voltar and the L.O.S.E. boys open a restaurant of gross "seasoned" Doomhound food, hoping to trick Metrotownians into eating it! But to everyone's surprise, folks can't get enough of the gross food and Chez Voltar soon becomes the most successful restaurant in town!

9. Brainfreeze // Henchstrike

Red's "brain freeze" from eating a triple scoop ice cream cone too fast inspires Voltar to embrace the yet-untapped evil power of ice cream! Voltar commands Frogg to convert the V-Mobile into the evilest ice cream truck ever, giving away free scoops of Frogg's special sub-sub zero ice cream to Super Heroes, rival villains and innocent Metrotownians! Muhahaha! But the Brain freezing turns Metrotownians into mindless Snowbies!!! // Voltar has gone too far! After one too many excruciatingly difficult tasks, the Henchbots go on strike, refusing to work until Voltar cuts them a little slack. But the Henchbots' strike soon gains ground, and henchmen all over town (Red and Doomageddon included!) decide to join them and call it quits! Without minions to assist them, Voltar and some of the city's most notorious villains (Skullossus, Evil Stevens, the Cougar, Humongo) are rendered utterly useless! So useless in fact that they fall easy prey to the city's heroes!

But how will the members of the Federation of Nefarious Minds feel when they find out that Voltar is using a voice alternator! // When the Metrotown Museum of Art unveils its latest exhibit "The Art of Evil" (featuring portraits of the city's greatest villains) Voltar is absolutely furious he wasn't included. After all, Red's macaroni and glitter portrait of him was the greatest piece of art ever! But during L.O.S.E.'s visit to the museum, Doomageddon ends up sneezing all over the paintings bringing them to life! L.O.S.E. and Justice Gene: Art Protector will have to join forces to save the museum... and themselves!
